Anna Diego is a mother to two spirited boys in Hāna, Maui. At the birth of her first son, she had a wonderful doula and by that first postpartum visit she realized this was her calling. A few months later she trained with D.O.N.A. and started working as a birth doula. It was the journey of her second pregnancy and birth however, that deepened her conviction that mothers need more than just the love and care of a birth doula. For the following years after the birth of her second son, she dedicated her time to learning about postpartum care both for herself and later, for others. Some of the special areas of service also include, Placenta Encapsulation and Art, Sacred Pregnancy Retreats, Mother Roasting, and supports in burnout prevention. When she is not busy loving on mamas, you can find her snuggling her boys, training Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, and rejuvenating in nature.
